       Islamabad Administration is on the path of change, The general impression is that the Islamabad police and administration are only active on social media and spend their time in Twitter and photo sessions, but most of the time I used to see on Twitter that such and such officers did help & the matter was resolved by taking notice of the man's complaint which was a positive change and especially the Islamabad administration was very active in this work but three days before today I went to NUML University Islamabad as usual to take classes and I was getting late, I parked my bike and thought it was a privilege to arrive early but thank God I entered the classroom on time and after taking my classes when I got out of the university and reached the parking lot. Wondering where my bike went? The ground was eaten or the sky was swallowed. 

        Upon receiving more information, it was found out that the bike parked with my bike was stolen. As a result, the Islamabad police who came from the I_9 police station took my bike away. Explaining that it is possible in ignorance, I accidentally took the bike which was stolen. Once I also got worried as to why there are so many intelligent people in the police station. They should have been in a research center or investigative journalism. However, I was convinced that my bike was not stolen but is safe with the law enforcers who will get it back easily as I asked the Islamabad administration and especially But after watching the performance of Islamabad Police on Twitter, I was satisfied that at least they would not treat me like Punjab Police and Police Station I_9 was also near NUML University but due to lack of time and cold weather to get a bike ride. 

        I preferred because my pocket was not allowing me to do cream or Uber so I endured a little cold and reached the I_9 police station but when I entered the police station I was surprised that I had to go far inside to talk. Not being allowed to go in this situation, I somehow managed to get inside, but the irony was that no one was ready to speak directly and for two hours in a row, I had to walk around the entire police station and from above all in the police station the attitude of the policemen was very rude I sat down and started thinking that there is only a difference between Islamabad Police and Punjab Police in name only but suddenly it occurred to me that why not try Islamabad administration today. I sent messages to the Additional District Magistrate Rana Waqas Anwar and SSP Anoosh Ali Akbar and Islamabad Police on their Twitter accounts informing that this is the whole situation but I did not expect anyone to reply to my message but after two minutes I received a message from Additional District Magistrate Rana Waqas Anwar that you should share your number. 

After sharing the number, I was called and then the policemen at the police station were reprimanded and after apologizing to me, my bike was returned to me. I also saw the opportunity and told about the behavior of the police. They apologized and said we will take steps to improve their behavior. When I reached home, I received a message from SSP Anoosh Ali Akbar. I thanked him and told him that my case has been resolved with the help of Rana Waqas Anwar but the next morning I received a reply from the official account of Islamabad police asking me to share my number but I thanked them and said that you should just change the attitude of your police so that no poor person who is unfamiliar with social media will be humiliated like this.

The authorities should tell them to improve their behavior from soldiers to inspectors and there are good and brave officers in the police who show good performance and be given rewards and allowances.

Pakistan's bureaucracy has always been a major issue in Pakistan. The bureaucracy has often been involved in not implementing government decisions and failing to reach its benefits to the general public. But now there are positive changes in the bureaucracy and social media is also used to reach out to the general public and especially the Islamabad administration is very popular in the outreach campaign with the general public.

Islamabad Police is holding open forums to promote community policing and gain public confidence.

An open forum is held under the liaison campaign. Orders are issued to listen to the problems of the people of the area and resolve them on the spot.

Citizens are taking full advantage of the "Visitors Management System" launched by the Islamabad Police to ensure transparency and solution of check and balance issues.

The bureaucracy of Pakistan and especially the federal capital Islamabad is on the path of change. Revolutionary changes are being witnessed in the system of bureaucracy. Now there will be promotions based on performance and poor-performing officers will be held accountable.

However, one positive aspect of this whole experience is that the bureaucrats in the Islamabad administration have been in touch with the common man to bring about change in their institutions, which is very good.
